Terms of Service — A9 Garage Bot

By adding A9 Garage Bot ("the Bot") to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.

What the Bot is

A9 Garage Bot is a free, fan-made tool that displays car statistics, upgrade costs, and overclock data for the mobile game Asphalt Legends Unite, sourced from the A9 Garage website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gameloft.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, exploit, or overload the Bot's commands.
• Do not use the Bot in any way that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• The Bot is provided for informational use within Discord servers; no part of it may be resold or repackaged as a paid product.

No warranty

The Bot is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Car data is compiled and maintained by the developer on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate — always treat in-game values as authoritative over anything shown by the Bot.

Availability

The Bot is a hobby project maintained by a solo developer. Uptime is not guaranteed, and commands, features, or the Bot itself may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

The developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
