Privacy Policy — A9 Garage Bot

A9 Garage Bot ("the Bot") is a fan-made Discord bot that provides car statistics for the mobile game Asphalt Legends Unite. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gameloft in any way.

What data the Bot processes

The Bot is a lookup tool. When you run /car, Discord sends the Bot the interaction needed to respond — this includes your Discord user ID, the server and channel the command was run in, and the text you typed to search for a car. This information is used only to process that single command and generate a reply.

What the Bot does not do

• It does not store your Discord user ID, messages, or command history in any database.
• It does not track individual users, build profiles, or log usage per-person.
• It does not collect emails, IP addresses, or any other personal information.
• It does not share data with third parties, because it does not retain any data to share.

What is stored

The Bot reads car data (names, stats, upgrade costs) from a Cloudflare R2 bucket that the developer maintains. This is game data, not user data. Cloudflare's infrastructure may keep standard technical logs (e.g. request metadata) as part of normal hosting operation, consistent with Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Discord's role

The Bot operates within Discord and is bound by Discord's own data handling as the platform. See Discord's Privacy Policy for how Discord itself handles your data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
